Sending people to overflow rooms over and over. When entering parties in "unlocked" rooms and such you are stuck in overflow rooms. Even when able to join a party your invites are forced into overflow rooms while there are well less than 25 people in the main room. Sometimes it takes 5-6 groupings before you are successful and at times you just stop trying.

What is the easiest way to fill up parties? The current way is difficult.

Until the pre pay party system is fixed about the only way to fill a room is with normal party. Each day there are many cav parties that are filled doing it the old school way from invites. I have reported this problem before and staff knows about it. They are currently working on a fix for it and I hope we see it soon in a future update.

Yes those regular cav parties are much easier to put together though the same issue occurs at those too at times. It will tell you the suite is locked (when its not) among other things. Then you refresh yada yada yada but at times miss out in the process. I often times play along side my wife on separate CPU so we can see what the other room looks like. Its just frustration when there's 18-20 in a room, you have to fill with invites, yet your invites are shuffled to the overflows.

We all know its very frustrating trying to get more than 22 in a room with the current system. It you try normal charm party it works EVERY time and can fill a room. Here is what I found from my minor testing. If you setup normal party now and are in your room before it starts its a cluster. You may end up in your room but as a ghost that no one can see or talk to. If you reboot you end up in a ghost room and can not get back to your own party.

This has happened 3 times now to me and its getting old. You can only attend your own party if you show up after it starts with pre pay party system at times.

Lets hope this bug gets moved to top of list, Major thanks and lets fix this please

Just an FYI that we're testing a fix for this right now. If all goes well, it should go live around mid-November I think.

Not totally fixed yet, Czarcasm

I set up a single caviar party tonight and it did not give me a confirmation screen or list the event, so I set another one a few minutes later. This time I got the confirmation screen and it listed. I went to my suite.

When in the room the bouncer came up and I paid the 200 gems entry. A few minutes later, the bouncer came up again and I again agreed to pay the 200 gems. Others there said it was listed twice to them, and it also asked them twice for gems. When we got 25 people in the room I handed out the charms (it took off 200 gems and we got 25 caviars).

As there was interest in a second caviar charm party, I set a third caviar party. When the timer expired, most of those still in the room agreed to pay another 200 gems, so we started the second party with 19 or 20 people in the room. When we hit 25 in the room, I waited several seconds then gave out the charms. Although the room counter said 25 people, we only got 22 caviars.

Feeling bad for everyone, my GF (puddytat) and I both bought another caviar for everyone to make up for the lack of charms given out.

Even after everyone left, the event from the first party was still listed in the events room, yet the second party was gone from the list.

I also had several people message me asking for a group invite because they were in overflow, even though room total was only about 20 people at the time.

Situations to be looked into:

Why did the first party not confirm or list?

Why did it ask for gems twice and give out once?

Why did the event not delist for almost half an hour after the first party had charms given out?

Why did we only get 22 charms when the room list said 25 people? Was the counter wrong or did 3 people get in without paying?

What happens when someone already in the room says no thanks to paying the gems?

Can people sneak into the room without paying?

Possible Solutions

Have a room counter even when no charm party active.

Have a notification in chat window when people agree to pay the gems.

Delist the event as soon as the charms are given out by the host.

Auto-boot anyone from a room who declines to pay the gems (if this is not the case already.)

Those 3 people probably declined to pay.

They can stay in the room, but will not receive any charms.

Yes, but they will not receive any charms unless they agree to pay.

My GF was trying to get into a caviar party. I was already in the room. She got this error.

The room said 25 people, and the hostess gave out the charms. We all got 24 caviars, except for Puddytat; she did not get any. She did get other charms up until she clicked the close button and it kicked her to the casino floor. She never got into the room.

Update: We are aware of an issue where players are pushed into an overflow room in error. The workaround here is you have to just keep attempting to get into the party and eventually it will let you in (if there is enough room). We are investigating the issue and will hopefully have a fix for it in the coming weeks.
